Shipping Policy

1. Processing Time

All orders for women’s dresses, tops, and co-ord sets are processed within 1–3 business days after confirmation. Orders are not processed on Sundays or public holidays.

2. Delivery Time

Delivery times vary depending on the location:

• Metro cities: 3–7 business days
• Other locations: 5–10 business days

Delays may occur due to weather conditions, courier issues, or high order volume.

3. Shipping Charges

• Standard shipping charges (if applicable) will be shown at checkout.
• Free shipping may be offered on selected orders or promotions.

4. Order Tracking

Once shipped, tracking details will be shared via SMS or email so customers can monitor their order status.

5. Delivery Issues

If a package is delayed, lost, or marked delivered but not received, customers should contact support within 48 hours of the expected delivery date.

6. Incorrect Address

We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer.
