Return & Refund Policy

1. Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted only for products such as women’s dresses, tops, and co-ord sets if:

  • The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect
  • The request is made within 3–7 days of delivery (as applicable)

Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Returns are not accepted for:

  • Items worn, washed, or altered
  • Products without original tags or packaging
  • Sale or clearance items (if mentioned at purchase)

3. Refund Process

Once the returned item is received and inspected:

  • Refunds (if approved) will be processed to the original payment method
  • Processing time may take 5–10 business days depending on the payment provider

4. Exchange Option

Exchanges may be offered for size or defect issues, subject to stock availability.

5. Shipping Charges

  • Return shipping costs may be borne by the customer unless the return is due to a wrong or defective item.

6. Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped.
